Love this chair! It was open box but not sure what that means as it was packed very carefully and came in perfect condition. The leather is soft, the cushions are just firm enough and it is the perfect chair for our "reading nook". Goes great with the lamp we got from Wayfair as well - see picture.

Awful experience! I ordered black chairs, they sent brown, failed to send call tags, had to make 3 calls to get items returned.

Lovely chair. My living room is crowded with recliners. Sometimes all you want to do is sit.
Small, very weathered looking, and stiff. Wouldn’t recommend - especially for the price point.

These chairs had about a 6 month wait on them, which was very frustrating and the reason for the lower rating. BUT I am glad I waited, these chairs are beautiful and look amazing in my living room
