The worst product I've ever bought from C&B

Wow, I'm shocked that this drawer is sold on C&B website. The quality is so bad and it arrives with stretches. It's worse than IKEA furniture, and I'm so angry about it.

Buyer beware. Overpriced. Low quality. Wish I got soemthing else.

We bought this item through our registry. Upon assembling, we noticed the drawers were not evenly closing, and that one of the drawers could not be removed/was stuck. We reached out to Babyletto (owned by Million Dollar Baby, the same company who runs DaVinci), and asked for troubleshooting information on how to correct. We were then auto replied with the form asking for us to identify the replacement part that was needed. Not knowing if there was a specific part that was damaged but rather just maybe an error in our assembly, we did not reply looking for a replacement part, but provided all other requested in formation (serial number/part number). It's been weeks, and there has been absolutely no reply from Babyletto. I've tried contacting again to follow up four times - three times by email looking to follow up, and once by phone, who kindly told me to email, which was already tried. Customer service has ghosted me. I'm sure it's that they're understaffed and the poor customer service person is underpaid/underappreciated, but understaffing is a management choice, and Babyletto/Million Dollar Baby decided that after they have your money they don't need to give you the time of day, so they've decided to not properly resource customer service, leading to customers being ghosted. So now the choices are to take my very pregnant self back to target to return the unit (medically can't; too heavy) or just accept that I wasted my money, and hope that it lasts more than a year. I wish I didn't get this item. I wish I either got something less expensive (for which I would have lower expectations) or something built to last. Don't waste your money. Don't buy Million Dollar Baby.

Not what we expected

For what we paid for it, it isn't the best quality. We bought it because it goes with the crib, but a lot of the pieces were cosmetically scratched or damaged. It's weird that the drawers don't seem to really open all the way? This was noted by another reviewer, and I don't think it's defective, just bad design. We were disappointed that the base of the removable changing table is a different color than the main piece. If a changing pad were not covering it, it is noticeable. Also, the stickers labeling the parts for assembly don't come off well and ripped up the some of the veneer, thankfully not in super noticeable places, but it is not what we would expect from a $500 object.

Decent looking dresser but poor quality

We ordered the Gelato dresser and matching crib. First off, this ships directly from the vendor and the tracking from the vendor was awful, it was delivered without any notification that it even shipped. The box arrived slightly damaged but it was packed tight so no major damage to the dresser. However, upon putting it together, we noticed the quality of the actual wood pieces off the dresser was less than impressive for something being sold via C&B. There were scuff marks on the top piece and a sticker on the changing tray peeled off part of the finish.

Perfect match to the crib!! Love that it’s not a conventional changing table of yesteryear!! Enough storage underneath for diapers and onesies!!

Overall changing table is beautiful; however the drawer slides are awful. The drawer doesn’t pull out fully and two of the slides broke when attempting to attach drawer to slide. The rest of the piece is great quality, sad the functioning part of it is garbage. Will be purchasing replacement slides as it is useless at the moment.

Love the finish. Beautiful dresser. Scratches easily which is a bummer. Dresser drawers don’t pull out fully.

Great compact changing table/dresser combo

This dresser is great! It was the perfect size for us as we made our master closet into the nursery and needed something compact. It still fits plenty! We used the baby oxo drawer dividers to keep things orderly and they fit great. The only thing is it seems like the drawers don’t open that far, but maybe that’s normal.

Exactly what I wanted!

Our son is due June 6 and when this changing table went on sale I couldn't help myself! It's exactly what I hoped for and was relatively simple to put together, I do recommend a drill however because there's a lot of screws involved so it made the process faster for us. I'm 5'6 and feel like it is a great height for me and I love the storage it also provides for the diapers and/or clothes. I also registered for the matching crib! The changing station on top is removable but also has grip on the bottom so it doesn't slide. I also loved that it came with an attachment to anchor it to the wall if you wish to prevent baby from tipping it over, however the dresser also seems very stable on its own. Overall very pleased.

This looks cute! Like all dressers made for nurseries, the drawers are tough to open and don’t open fully so it’s tough to organize. However it works well for our small nursery. Not too hard to assemble and arrived in great condition.

I am SO disappointed! I love the Babyletto brand but after going through and putting together SO many parts/pieces while I'm 8 months pregnant - there seems to be a defect with this dresser. The drawers do not fit into the pre-attached sliders to "Side A". HELP!

Exactly as advertised. Drawers are more shallow than I expected, would have preferred deeper. Overall however, perfect size for our room and good quality. This was my first time ordering from Wayfair and I was apprehensive, turned out positive!

Decent for the price, cant complain.

Took a decent amount of time to put together about 3 hours, instructions are very simple pretty much just images nothing written or explained. Quality is fair considering the price. Overall happy with purchase considering the price point can’t ask for much more. The one thing I will mention is that the drawers do not come out very far at all, just a heads up!

Beautiful but not the easiest assembly

Looks very nice to complete the set with the crib! Was not the easiest to put together until I YouTube’d how to use cam screws and locks, would suggest doing this before that step. Seems sturdy and heavy and chemical odor described in other reviews was gone within a day.

The dresser is beautiful and easy to install. But please be aware that the drawer is designed for kids and the drawer can only be pulled out by half of the total length. It would be difficult to put regular-size stuff in it. We have to replace the slider, but it doesn't fit as well as the original one.

Fits our nursery perfectly! The drawers don’t come out very far but I like the safety feature. You could probably make some adjustments for the drawer to come out further, but you’d lose the safety feature then. Our drawers predrilled holes (the 3 small ones in each side to screw the drawer into the drawer slides) didn’t line up but my husband just screwed it in with a regular Phillips head easily. Same thing with screwing the brackets into the changing table top and the back of the dresser no predrilled holes here but a regular Phillips head screwdriver did the job just fine. Really love how this dresser looks!

Bought this to match our crib. Simple, and modern. Exactly what we were looking for. I left off the changing top and placed a changing basket on top. Looks much cuter in my opinion. I do wish that the drawers would come out a little further. Makes grabbing things in the back of the drawer a little difficult.

The dresser is solid and you can tell the quality is very good. It was a little tedious to put together because you have to build each drawer from scratch. I also did not like that it cost just as much as the matching crib. However, this piece of furniture should last us for awhile because the changing top comes off.

Pretty solid, not too hard to put together. I would have rated higher if the drawers were removable and not permanently screwed in. One leg is a hair crooked, but no big deal. The only frustrating part in building it was the wall/anti-tip anchor. With the dimensions of the dresser against a wall it's hard to fit a tool to screw it in.

This is THE WORST PIECE OF DIY FURNITURE I HAVE EVER TRIED TO ASSEMBLE. I'd ask for my money back but it's pointless because I've lost so many hours trying to assemble this thing and I don't want to waste another moment. I guess exactly what is to be expected for $290. Save your sanity and don't order this piece of COMPLETE AND TOTAL JUNK. I CANNOT BELIEVE how bad the assembly is. I have NEVER been so frustrated and next time I want to be cheap will just stick to Ikea. Unbelievable. Worst buy ever.
