Nice grill - sturdy and heavy duty

This is the best grill Ive had. Always bought cheap grills that cooked unevenly and fall apart. This is a nice, heavy duty grill that cooks great. It’s solid and holds up well

First Gas Grill in about 10yrs.

My first non-charcoal grill in a decade and it is pretty good. I have only had it about a month and am still getting used to the limited cooking areas. It seems to cook (hamburgers and steaks so far) as long as you stay about 6 inches from the edges of the grate. It might be have been better if the area under the grates was less concave and more square so the heat would reach the edges of the grate. The idea seems to have been that heat will expand to allow even cooking to the outer right and left edge of the grate but that is not the results so keep in mind that within about 6 inches of the right and left edge of the grate will not cook as well. I knew this going in and bought this grill anyway. Most gas grills are made this way. I never cook a lot at one time but if you often use the entire grate when cooking, buy the next size up to compensate for the "cooler" portions of the grill. I am still trying to find a good cleaning hack but as long as you take the time to at least oil it before use and wipe it down after use, then it is not hard to clean. I miss my charcoal grill but needed something a little easier to use and maintain as I am on the grill several times a week now and the charcoal just got too messy and time consuming to use that often. I did some research and ended up buying this as soon as I walked into the store.

Weber has gone DOWN HILL!!

No one to help with my issue! My last two Weber grills were awesome so I bought one for my 2nd home. Before now, I could call if I needed help. Not any more! Good luck

Check the box for damage.

I had to put it together myself. The box had a hole in it and I should have rejected it but I did not. I opened the box and the cabinet side panels were bent in half. I have sheet metal tools at home so I straightened it out as best I could and make it work. I was well into the assembly when I found the side panels bent. I just kept if but the side pieces still have a crease down both sides of the cabinet. There was an extra piece offered for free that allowed you to use a kettle grill type of thing but I told them to keep it. I wish I had taken it now.

Owning webers for three decades now. Now sure of Weber’s line up and pricing models. Seems like we are paying for marketing. Engineering designs are in support of less guage metal. Maybe the day of simple BBQing is over.

Best grill I've ever owned. Heat is evenly distributed throughout the grilling surface and the temp. controls are very consistent. Well worth the price.

Great Quality, Easy To Assemble

Purchased A Weber Genesis E-315 based on other online reviews. I was initially hesitate to purchase a Weber as I based my opinion on a Weber purchase over 20 years ago. Weber has come a long way baby as I was impressed with the quality and ease to assemble the Genesis E-315.

Lots of Heat

Amazing product. I assumed that 3 burners would not give enough heat to sear a steak. Boy was I wrong. This unit gets so hot the stainless glows red / almost white.

Grilling on Quality once again!

I have always owned Weber grills (6 in total). On my last grill purchase I foolishly decided I would try a Napoleon grill. The over all quality and cooking performance wouldn’t hold a candle to Weber. Heat distribution was very uneven and I had great difficulty in maintaining a constant temperature. After a year long struggle, I replaced it with a Genises 315 S. I used it for the first time last night and am so pleased I made this purchase. Weber quality is unmatched and very evident in the grilling results. Very pleased to be back grilling on a Weber !

Absolutely wrapped with the Genesis

I own a WSM, two GA’s (one had one heat beads), And a faithful kettle. This Genesis is fantastic. I will make myself continue to use my other Webers, but I smile at and pat my Genesis every day!

The grill was more of a lighter duty cooker than what I expected to see. I purchased a Weber Genesis in 2010 and have been rebuilding it every few years but it is still heavier duty than what i purchased.

WEBER… enough said! IT’S the BEST!

Purchased this for a gift. SO was elated with the purchase! Specifically wanted Weber brand for its renowned quality and longevity. 3 burners and side storage/ prep area are great features!

Out with the old in with the new

We had the same grill for years until it finally wore out . Replaced it with same grill . It’s so easy to setup . Perfect size for our family . I do miss the big knobs which seemed more substantial than what was on the old version but overall still the best grill to have .

Incorrect fasteners for securing cabinet floor pan

Generally well designed and manufactured. One problem. The fasteners for connecting the floor pan of the cabinet are of the plastic push on type and not a metal bolt and nut type. I replaced the 4 fasteners with bolt and nuts to give it added durability.

Amazing Company!!!

I bought my Weber grill because of the reputation for being a great grill that will last. While I was assembling it I found that it was missing one bag of parts which obviously slowed down the process. I contacted Weber and they promptly sent me the missing parts at no cost. This was huge because my family really needed the grill working since we were still without power from hurricane Helene. Excellent customer service and I am so thankful I bought Weber!!!!

Inability to secure propane tank

Contacted Webber customer service about the inability to secure propane tank to the side of the grill according to the owner’s manual .Owners manual shows connections to secure grill, but the assembly manual does not come with parts to do so. Bad design/flawed. Still waiting for customer service to resolve problem.

Cooks great and easy to use

The Genesis has worked great since we received it a month ago. The BBQ cooks evenly and the temperature is responsive and easy to control both up and down. The only issue is the silver side panels/counters are already beginning to show rust spots and after only 5 weeks; something that Weber needs to address. Otherwise a great BBQ.
