Very easy to cut to size. Excellent features--very easy to clean and keep dust free. Looks indistinguishable from old ceiling tiles I have yet to replace. This is an expensive option, but I will continue to replace my ceiling tiles with this as my budget allows.

Didn’t expect a different material. I was replacing water stained tiles. Visually appears the same as existing but had a reflection of light if you stood from a angle. Very easy to work with and cut. They will be water resistant for any future leaks in those areas. Was overall pleased with install.

These new ones are not made of the crumbly cracker-like...

These new ones are not made of the crumbly cracker-like chalky material that was so brittle. They are now made out of a solid material that doesn’t crumble, and the design printed looks almost exactly the same.

The tiles were very thin, much thinner than the existing tiles in my ceiling. I haven't installed them yet to see if there will be a difference but just taking them out of the box takes special care because they are so thin.

Easy to cut & install

If you are tired of small leaks causing big stains on your drop in ceiling this is the product for you. It is made of a light PVC product which will not absorb water. Very easy to install and looks great. To cut you just score with a razor knife using a straight edge then snap it off. For curved cuts like around pipes I'd recommend using a roto-zip type saw like they use for cut outs on sheet rock. You could also use a fine toothed keyhole saw. I had some concerns that the room would be noisier because this was not acoustic tile but even though it is in a laundry room I can't tell a difference in the noisy level.
