Cushions do not fit
Before purchasing sat in couch in showroom with no issues. After a new couch was delivered to me the bottom cushions keep coming off of couch when sitting and getting off couch. Either the cushions are to big or the place they go in are to small. Still waiting on s to come out and find out what is going on. At this point I would not recommend purchasing this furniture
Great couch
The cushions are not velcroed down so they slide off the couch. I had to order Velcro to attach the cushions and now it's great!
Successful delivery and happy with quality of sleep sofa.
Was delivered in perfect condition. We have already had our grandchildren stay overnight on it and they loved it. Delivery men were excellent. It was a 90 degree day and it was a very tight fit but they worked so hard and got it in. Very satisfied!
Qualities is the poor

Very uncomfortable
I have had this couch for 3 months. The cushions are already broken in and are very uncomfortable. The foldout sleeper is smaller than a queen so queen sheets don’t fit it. Not only that but the bar is right where your back is and is SUPER uncomfortable. I even bought a mattress topper and it’s horrible! I am very disappointed with the quality of this couch. I feel ripped off with the price I paid. Not only that the delivery men scratched up the couch on the way in through the door. Very unhappyI will not be buying furniture from her again.
We were unfortunately able to use this sofa in spite of it being very nice quality. The color (white leather match) leans strongly towards gray rather than whiteivorycream. It’s possible that we received a dye lot variation. I would recommend for a space where a light gray works, but not if you have warm or tan tones. In this photo, there is a white towel set and a beige ivory pillow for reference.

Excellent experience from beginning to end! Great quality buy. Received it sooner than expected. Mayfair kept me informed of ETA window, narrowed it as date was 2 days out and more the day prior. Mayfair Driver called when he was 30 away. The two Delivery Men were great. They did the white glove Delivery despite rainy weather, stairs up to home, past home entry door, past hallway, past living room, all way down main hallway to the very end and into the Gym doorway where we wanted it placed. Kudos for exceptional service and quality products. Extremely Satisfied Customer!
Great Sofa!
The sofa has exceeded my expectations! The leather surfaces feel quite luxurious. The couch itself is very comfortable. And the sleeper bed doesn’t feel like a sleeper sofa; it feels like a real bed!The white glove delivery was worth every penny to have my furniture professionally unpacked, assembled and brought inside. I will most definitely consider Gardner-White for any future furniture needs.
