This rug is not a true white. There is a significant yellow undertone to it, so it didn’t work for the space I wanted. However, it’s very furry and soft without shedding.

Beautiful rug, making a statement with subtle pattern. Love it!

Momeni Retro RET-4 Taupe Area Rug

Nice area rug. Less definition in the pictured pattern however; and much thicker than I anticipated. Ended up placing in a master bathroom because of it’s neutral colors and softness.

Just as described and gives such a cozy vibe in my home.

Once I laid the rug flat and let it air out the rug became pretty soft and fluffy. It does have some shedding to it but nothing to major overall I truly love the design it adds character to my bedroom.

A bit too fuzzy

The rug is nice, the delivery not so nice. The packing was torn and the edges of the rug were soiled and muddy.

This rug is so soft! It's a beautiful neutral addition to our library and feels luxuriously soft.

It is VERY plush. There were definite indentations which were visible because my coffee table moved on this rug. The fuzz from the black design was also transferring to the ivory portions. I am not sure if this would have resolved after vacuuming a few times. I was not impressed enough to keep it to try.

Color

Picture of rug’s color is not accurate. The photo’s taupe leans to a lighter brown but the actual rug’s taupe is a muddy clay/ grey. Much darker than photo. Would be a five star if color was accurate.

Strong chemical smell

It's a nice looking rug but it STINKS of chemicals. I mean, blow-your-hair-back stink. I tried to air it out for about five days, no go. Strong, strong ammonia/chemical smell. (And I don't have a sensitive nose.) So I returned it and ordered a replacement. Same problem. Now that one is going back too. I've bought rugs from overstock before and never had this problem. I would avoid this rug.
