Rug smells of chemicals

We have had this rug for a bit over 3 months and the toxic chemical smell will not go away. We can’t walk into our home with the smell hitting you like a brick wall. We have tried baking soda and other things to treat, but nothing. I love the look of this rug but not worth the smell.

Love it! Very soft and perfect for my office space.

This rug is very high quality, and was nicely put together. However the color description Charcoal sand snd the picture provided was not as accurate as what was received. It worked it but it was more grey and black rather than grey and brown.
