The brand Ghirardelli helps me feel confident that the chocolate in my food is going to taste great. I finally gave into snack temptation when I saw a coupon to clip. My husband loves these cookies, and the box has many directions for scooping and oven temp based on how many cookies you want to bake based on size. Making the batter is very simple and no refrigeration is required, but you can chill the dough first if you want the cookie to spread less.
