VERY solid
This is a beautiful and tasteful light. It is a bit heavy so if you are installing it yourself, be sure to properly secure it. The black metal is more modern but also accommodates all styles since it is neutral. It is not too big so it is best in an office type of room, or maybe use two over a bar. The bolt style is great! I would highly recommend for a variety of rooms.

The light is as described. It ended up not fitting the space we were hoping to put it. Smaller than anticipated and didn’t care for the chrome accent.
