The sellers send this beautiful rug in a box…FOLDED…so both rugs sent to me had rips in the seams. Houzz was good about replacing the first ripped rug but the second was just as bad. Why would you send a rug FOLDED UP in a flimsy box????

Looks great but packaging needs improvement

The rug is well made and colors are great! However, the way this size (and the other 4 sizes I ordered for the full house) are shipped, they are rolled so tight that creases in the backing and fabric occurred. After two weeks, the creases still haven’t relaxed in the backing and is very obvious on the carpet.

I love this rug. And everyone who sees it loves it. It lay flat and I had to cut it in a couple of places to fit the room and heat register... no problems. Heavy backing. My only complaint is it isn't ultra soft. But I think it'll hold up well.

First, I love the rug. It’s plush and comfortable to kneel on. I was surprised by the color, it is more vibrant than shown. I like it even more. The brown background is darker than shown, like dark chocolate. It makes the other colors pop more, even though they look to be accurately portrayed in the store photo.

I love it for my hardwood floors. It makes my tan boring loveseat and sofa more appealing. The colors are beautiful so I bought 2 of these!! I placed both side by side in my living room and they look great! Dusting hard wood floors are difficult next to a dirt road and these fit for us.

Couldn't get it flat

This rug was delivered rolled up. I try all of the suggestions to make it lie flat but nothing worked. I can't lay it on the floor because it sticks up here and there and is a trip hard. The colors are very beautiful and I wish I was able to use it but that's not the case. So off to the Goodwill; maybe they can recycle it.

It's a very nice rug, looks nice and wears well. This is my second size in this rug, I liked the 5X7 so much that I now bought the 8X10 for the living room. This rug vacuums up much better than my previous area rugs where the fur would not vacuum off well, the fur vacuums off of these very well, love them.

Beautiful rug! It's exactly like pictured. Vibrant colors that pick up the others in our living room. Highly recommend. Arrived on time in perfect condition. Need time for edges to straighten out - about a week depending on what you put on them to help it along.

I ordered this rug based on the reviews and the were spot on. The colors are so rich and beautiful I ordered the largest size and just wanted to order another to match in our dining area. Unfortunately it is no longer available in the brown. I am so disappointed. I will keep checking in to see if it becomes availabe.

Very nice man made material area rug

This rug is nicer than I expected. It's soft to the feel, didn't shed, the edges flattened out after 24 hours, the 'new' smell quickly disappeared, and the colors are as expected (since I didn't see it in person and had to rely on what I saw on my computer monitor). The description could have been a bit better: the base brown color looks lighter (light tan) or darker (chocolate) depending on where you are when looking at the rug. I don't mind the 'color' change, so I won't fault the rug for that.
