Light is Bright

I love this fixture. The dark hall is brighter than ever and it's an unassuming fixture which is my taste.

We have it in bronze in our basement stairwell. Cheap and easy to install. It does the job.

Very cute for upstairs hallways

This review is as much about Wayfair customer service as for the light. My original light was damaged when it arrived. Glass was everywhere in the box. Called customer service and received a replacement light quickly. And I love the light. It's a great size for my mudroom.

I ordered this light because I liked the way it looked and it had a glass globe. But I found out ...

I ordered this light because I liked the way it looked and it had a glass globe. But I found out that it was difficult to install. I was trying to get the screws on the metal box in the ceiling to line up with the holes in the base of the light, but they wouldn't line up. Then I measured the gap between the screws and found out that it was about a half inch wider than the holes in the light. They do include a rectangular adaptor plate to compensate for this, but it wasn't so easy to get the light installed. The glass globe is OK, but the metal base is sort of flimsy.
