I purchased this backsplash tile several times and it continually comes back in two completely different colors.

I ordered these when they were 6 dollars a square foot, and calculated how many boxes of tiles I needed so I ordered 3 boxes of tile at 95.99 a box. When I received the order I received 3 tiles total, when I checked the website each tile was 95.99. The price had changed after I had purchased the tiles. When I connected with customer service they said there was nothing they could do as it was a “flash sale” , they are also charging me 30 dollars to return the tiles and will not pay for the shipping as “ it is company policy”. I have shopped at Wayfair many times and always had positive experiences. I am very disappointed and will be returning my 3 tiles and never giving wayfair my business again.

We love this tile. It's not on the floor to see but we saw it in a home and had to find who carried it. Home Depot went out of their way to get it and arrange installation. Everything was done professionally and beyond our expectations
