Horrible Chair

The armrests wore out completely. Using a towel to protect my arms. Same with the front of the seat.

Didn't last a year

The chair back separated from mesh back in less than 11 months. Global will not supply free replacement parts if purchased through Staples. It feels like the quality has dropped significantly as I've purchased this chair twice before. Those 2 purchased years ago lasted 10-15 years.

No longer the same

I have 4 of these chairs that I love, but the back of this new one I bought is too far forward and is very uncomfortable to sit in. So disappointed.

Perfect desk chair

I had the store assemble it. It is comfortable and just the right size.

Great chair!

I bought my first Global Airflow Mesh Back Leather Manager Chair more than 10 years ago and continue to use it today (I took it offsite when I began to work remotely). I ordered another chair a few weeks ago so I have the same great chair when I'm in the office. It accommodates my 6'3" frame, offers excellent back support, and has proven incredibly durable.

Very comfy

The assembly was so simple and easy I had it operational in 2 minutes. The cushion and backing is very comfortable I just wish it leaned back a bit

not as described or shown

Chair did not match description or instructions. Not as adjustable as described. Called manufacturer number (provided by Staples) and they do not make the chair. They directed me to another manufacturer, who I called, who said they also did not make this chair. So far no response from Staples.

Quality Issue

I had this model previously and it was fine. I finally needed a replacement and the new version did not fit together properly, back and seat misaligned. Will have to return.

Bought the same chair..and I abused it!

I like the Global chair so much that I used unexpected money to buy a second chair. My old chair (9339BK) still is marvelous. No complaints. In summer our house gets its share of sun and this chair is a winner. It is worth the money and the quality is evident. I ordered it UN-assembled . Diagram to assemble came with the chair. .Did not need it! The main pieces are already together.

Great lumbar support

Great lumbar support. Also surprisingly not terrible looking in my chic office.

3rd fabulous chair because no other will do!

I am 5'6' and this chair is perfect for my legs and walk-away(seat width and length)!

Excellent, 3rd chair, love it

This is our 3rd Global Airflow chair, excellent value and helps my back stay straight. My wife loves hers and I just replaced mine after 20 years of daily use,

Love this chair

I love this chair - I had one for 8 years until it finally gave out and was glad to find it again as it works perfectly for me. Lumbar support is great and the adjustable back depth is awesome for it allows you to change it depending on how tall you are.

Excellent chair. This is the 3rd one that I’ve bought. They last quite a long time (I still have all 3) and are great for people with back pain.

Great Chair But...................

This is a great chair but not as comfortable as the same model I bought several years ago. The padding in the seat is not nearly as soft and comfortable as my first one but I am getting used to it. Easy to assemble so no need to have the store do it. Took me only about 20 minutes alone. If I'd had help it could of been done in half that time. .

Comfortable chair

i ordered this chair as i have been working from home and for 5 month was sitting on a regular plastic chair. My back was so bad that i could not sit. Finally after reading reviews i ordered this chair and so far i love it. It is so comfortable and i have good arm and back support. The leather seat is perfect not too soft not too hard. The wheels are gliding. It does not scratch my wooden floor that is a plus. Overall love the chair.

I’ve been using this chair for the past few weeks while working from home full-time. It’s been very comfortable, and I appreciate that the seat depth is less than many other office chairs. The set-up was simple and took about 20 minutes. Overall, I’m very pleased with this chair and would recommend it.

Durable, comfortable chair

I'm in medical transcription and have to sit 8-10 hours a day. This is the second one of these chairs I've bought in 15 years. Very durable and worth every penny. Good cushion, mesh air vent, leather lasts.

The most comfortable desk chair!

Highly recommend this! It is the most comfortable desk chair I have ever used. Bought it to work at home more comfortably. Only disappointment is that the store discarded the user manual instead of giving it to me with my new chair, which had been directly to the store.

Very good value

I bought this chair from Staples in 2003 and have used it almost every day since. It is comfortable and very sturdy. Recently, the plastic padded arms have started to crack but I have had no other problems with wear in 17 years. Some recent reviews have indicated that the quality has changed for the worse. I hope not because I will buy another if I can't replace the arms.
