The bolts have no head or slot or even a square shank! They cannot be tightened - This is useless - a coat hanger will not fit so - - - span class="pm_comment"*** Global Comment: Thank you for your feedback. Sorry, this item does not come with tools to tighten the bolts. Also, there are multiple hooks in each locker to hang clothes, etc. but reccommend the 18"D locker to use a coat hanger. ***/span
