So sad.......

Love this fixture so much I bought 2 in late fall 2021. This week all 4 small lights guts on one went out. Is this typical? How do I fix it?

I replaced a light in my closet and this light made a huge difference.

Very beautiful light, but not very functional.

On December 20, 2022, I purchased a lamp, it was installed in January 2023 and in January 2024, and the small lights began to go out. Now only the main light turns on and the small lights do not turn on.

This light fixture stop working after 2 years.

I was very happy how this light illuminated my kitchen, but after 2 years the center light will only light on and the outer 4 builds stop working. I called false advertisement since the box had written that light will not burn out for 45 year. Now I have to replace this light fixture since the 2 year extended warranty expire. Not to happy and will not recommend buying any Hampton Bay products since their quality is unreliable. I also have a Hampton Bay sealing fan, I'm not happy with it either.

The opposite of quality

Trash, save your money. Unit had unusual flicker/strobe effect after a year and a half of use and then 3 of the bulbs burned out. Find a quality alternative

Track lights died in less than 2 years.

It’s a great looking light, easy to install and provides a great amount of bright light in my dim kitchen while it worked. I installed it back in late September 2021, and the track lights all went out on August 22, 2023. Super totally awesome.

Great fixture

I installed this light over my craft table. It gives off quite a bit of light. It’s also nice to be able to move the smaller lights to a position that illuminates shadows when I’m working. I couldn’t be happier with this.

Met Expectations

The light met expectations based upon the features described on the carton and website. It provides ample lighting and with the remoted, lighting is easily modified. The only additional feature would be the ability to adjust which of the 4 spotlights is lighted.

Bought 2 and 1 has all spot lights broken

I bought 2 of these. They looked great, the control function was cool although not a necessity in my kitchen. However, recently one of the units all the spot lights just blew out and no way to fix it. I emailed the company about it more than a week ago and no response. Buyer beware.

Great lights but not durable

We installed these lights in our kitchen. They looked great in the space and provided awesome lighting. Sadly, at around two years in only the center lights are working. The design does not allow for repairs or replacement parts. I do not recommend purchasing this light. They are poorly designed, and not reliable given the cost.

Light is going out 18 months later

Love the look and brightness of the light, but we've only had it in use for 18 months and the light is flickering/going out. The product does not have any warranty, so if you are looking into purchasing the light, I would recommend getting Home Depot's warranty. We use this light in our laundry room, so it is not on all hours of the day for reference.

Lots of light!

Just installed this and am super satisfied. It throws a lot of bright light. I really like the option of turning on just the flush mount light or just the small lights. It’s also dimmable too! Really nice for ambiance or as a night light.
