Missing floor anchors, toilet moves when using.

The installation manual doesn’t match what is included with product. The floor anchors were missing from package as well. My plumber recommended inlet and outlet pipes be supported within wall via brackets, which goes a long with instruction manual, but there were not brackets included to go in between studs to provide this support. Swiss Madison sent missing floor anchor brackets, refused to send me inlet and outlet pipe bracket supports. Toilet now moves while using. Terrible customer service.

Very happy with the way is turned out, was a successful project that came out well but I would recommend doing research before trying to DIY it.
