I haven’t installed the valve yet, but I expect the valve will work as expected. I wasn’t impressed by the lack of data or instructions. Just a valve in a box with the protective plastic broken.

My plumber could not figure out how to install.

Not happy with Rohl.

Valve failed to work. My plumber spent hours, working with Rohl trying to get it to function. I paid plumbers hours for him to sit on hold with the Mfg. I would be better off with Delta.

Missing parts

Very good quality except order was missing parts and had to be returned after calling customer service. They had me return 1st and order another. 2nd box had a green tag and was missing 6 parts. I had the plumber here both times to install which he could not with the parts missing. Obviously it was a returned one and it was not checked before sending out again. Thank you for costing me two service calls with no install due to missing parts. Returned the second order. Went with another company. You would think with over $600 value all the parts would be included. Very disappointing.

I don’t know much about rough-in valves but my plumber does and he was impressed! I got his 100 approval on my selection of rough-in valve and faucet-quality products. I’m pleased with my purchase. Another great product sold by Wayfair!
