I love the packaging and ease of installation. I purchased 3 of them and very happy!!!
The curtain rod itself is fine and I liked it for the price (on sale for ~$100) but it only came with three brackets. The instructions clearly state that four to five brackets are necessary for adequate installation. It makes sense that you would need at least four for a curtain rod that extends as far as 20 feet. I spoke to two customer support people via chat that disagreed with me despite me sending a photo of the instructions that show where to install the 4-5 brackets.
Beautiful curtain rods. They are much bigger than I expected but in a good way. Made my windows a statement in my bedroom redo. I love them and would consider getting them for other rooms in my house.
Didn’t come with enough brackets for the length of the curtain rod. Otherwise happy with rod.
