Pretty, but salty in price. You can find cheaper alternatives that are just as appealing to the eye.

Stunning

I was going on holiday and flying from Manchester Airport so decided to stop off at John Lewis Cheadle store to buy these plates. Unfortunately, I could only view them but not make a purchase as they are on-line order only. I was really pleased with the design and quality they are stunning, worth every penny. I loved them that much I decided to order them straight away using the click and collect service. This meant they would be at my local store for me to collect on my return. I was really impressed with this service and was looking forward to picking them up. Arrived home, dashed to M&S to buy the dine in for two meal, picked up the plates, dashed home. When I opened the box the plates had been put in a plastic bag with no bubble wrap or protection between them and were all smashed!!! Sorry really disappointed with John Lewis packing dept.

A well received Christmas gift!

The recipient was delighted with her gift of these plates, very happy with the quality and design. I was equally pleased with the excellent Click and Collect service. Being so close to my local John Lewis store I was even able to walk there and avoid the Christmas parking crush!

Nice plates

My wife and I bought these plates as a wedding gift to ourselves for special occasions, in the hope that they will last long enough to see many happy times. The plates themselves are of excellent quality and have a classic, elegant design which will never look dated. The online ordering system was easy to use, allowing us to pay partly by credit card, partly by voucher. The plates arrived within the time period stated and in perfect condition. In the case of John Lewis, you get what you pay for - quality all round.
