I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. And the packaging was very thorough. Would buy again from Homary.

Nice and sleek, but the rods were a beast to connect

I needed something nice and sleek for the overflow of clothing in my closet. This did the trick, now I’m on a search for matching hangers. My only issue was, it was difficult to put together. The holes didn’t match up with the rods, so I was unable to twist the rods into one another. It was pretty bad, so bad that I hurt my hand. I eventually forced them in…for that reason alone I give it 3 stars.

Item might arrive damaged if you live someplace cold.

Don’t do it. I ordered this in February and now I’m April I still haven’t received the full item. It ships in 2 parcels and the marble base arrived broken. Customer service was, and remains, very polite and speedy. The replacement part was issued and after a couple weeks with no news I reached out asking if they had a tracking number for me. They told me the replacement was slow to arrive (ok-I get it..that’s the way shipping is these days) and I waited some more. it’s been over 30 days since they issued a replacement part and while they originally told me the item would arrive by mid-April, they’ve now told me that it was damaged on the way to their facility and that it will be another 11 WEEKS before I can get the item…which I have little faith will arrive intact. Been asking for a full refund, but so far all they’ve offered me was a 10 & 20% refund. Again-very nice customer service, but the actual product might not actually get to you undamaged if you’re in a colder climate.
