No mistake, this hard-wired towel warmer unit is a nice size for multiple towels, excellent quality and will work perfectly for my space. Unfortunately, the box was heavily damaged upon arrival so I am currently awaiting a replacement. I trust the prior reviews that this will eventually make a great upgrade in my bathroom. I will definitely be placing it on a timer switch and using a qualified electrician to install this ;) looking forward to it!
