Great sheet to make cookies and other desserts. Non stick, and stays like new with some parchment paper. This kind of sheet will last forever taking good care of it. Also it is great to make brownies.

Warped first time 8n oven

I bought this at Target a month ago. Used it today for first time. Within a couple minutes of putting it in the oven I heard a bang and the pan had warped about 1" from corner to corner. After it cooled off it flattened out. If it warps every time it heats up it's not much use.

UNSAFE!! Warps at high temps

I've been using this pan for little while now, overall up until recently its been fairly unremarkable, which is prefect for a baking sheet. Recently it's started warping when it gets heated up, which is not great, as it dislodges whatever I have cooking. This has messed up some cookies I've made and sprayed oil all over my oven a few times.

The goodcook medium non-stick cookie baking sheet works great. It’s perfect for cookie baking since it’s really non-stick and provides easy release. The material is very sturdy and doesn’t scratch easily, I can even use a metal spatula with it. It’s easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Great cookie sheet that’s easy to use and easy to clean.

The GoodCook medium non-stick cookie baking sheet works pretty good. I baked some chocolate chip cookies with it and they were evenly baked and did not stick to the pan which those types of cookies usually are a pain to bake unless it's just my luck. I also used it to make french fries and they turned out very well.

I've already run this pan through the gauntlet and it's handled everything amazingly. I've owned tons of non-stick baking sheets in the past but have never had one that washes this easily and continues to look brand new!
