I bought this to try out and decided that I will buy another one. I use this all the time when I bake fries and chicken nuggets or anything else I want to air fry. I simply use my convection oven and the food comes out great and crispy. No need to purchase another appliance.

Don't waste your money.

This is a piece of garbage. It stains, the copper is coming off the crisper tray. It says to be careful about touching it to other metal surfaces. The fist place the copper came off was the drip pan caused by the feet of the crisper tray. I hope the people that made a lot of money from this product are extremely proud of themselves. I'd like to slap them. By the way it has only been hand washed. It is so stained it needs a Brillo pad to clean it but then all of the copper would come off.

Love it...

I bought this as I love certain things, but do not like deep fried food or grease. Mainly sweet potatoes. Frozen or fresh works great. Plus you get two items in one, because you get the baking sheet. it can be used as a great no stick baking sheet. Plus the basket works great as a cooling rack, so there a third item. Price is not bad. I did better then here. However, I am simply speaking on the product and rating only the product. Shipping, customer service, et cetera have their own review system. This is for the items only. In my opinion this is a great item. Money well spent. Even at this price.

Quick, Crispy and Healthy

I love this crisper tray, I use it to make mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, pierogies, ravioli, french fries, onion rings, buffalo wings and many, many more appetizers and meals. If it can be deep fried or baked then you may be able to use the Gotham Steel Copper Crisper to cook it without the fatty oils. It cooks very evenly, especially in a convection oven and the food tastes wonderful. If it's fast food for me then it is Copper Crisper food not a fast food restaurant. Also, it is extremely easy to clean up after use.
