Rug is great, delivery terrible
They deliver the rug(s) folded. So now there are creases that won't flatten out.
Color is great. This is an 8' round rug that was packaged rolled up. The ends were pretty smashed up. A couple weeks later and still waiting for the rug to conform to shape. Slowly moving in that direction.

The pattern is not actually represented well online. There is more blue andless of the maroom/purple than hoped. It is a nice rug and looks great in the room where we will soon have new furniture as well. Worth the money.

Very nice rug, colors are not a good match to the illustrated photo online which was disappointing, but wanted to match the rug for family room, so we are pleased with that result.
Downtown rug
At first I thought the folds would take long to uncrease, but they didn't! They were gone in no time. The backing is strong hard and fortunately I laid it on top of wall to wall carpeting so I didn't need padding because the front pile is not thick at all! So it would not felt cushiony but hard. Corners are rough, could of been better finished. It's only worth the sale price not the original inflated price. Colors need a bit more punch!

Extremely happy with my rug,its beautiful and soft, and doesn't even have an awkward crease from being rolled,no chemical smells or anything, actually didn't even need the rug pad.It was perfect right out of the package and a big upgrade for us.
