Granitestone Blue 5 Quart pot.

I love the Granitestone Blue products! I have a whole set. I wanted one more 5 quart pot. Walmart was the only store offering this, on-line.

Was very disappointed to find the lid did not fit on the pot. The pot appeared to be round, but on closer inspection was just slightly misshaped so the lid would not fit. I have other pots made by this brand that I love.

The POT is bent around the edges and the lid does not fit on it. I was going to return but not worth the trouble for the sale price. Maybe this is why it was on sale. Looks like a 2nd...you know not up to snuff. Will not order pots and pans again. Do not have a picture but take my word for it.

So sad. Lid doesn’t fit into pot.

Not sure which piece is warped but the top doesn’t fit into the pot which reduces the number of recipes I can use this much anticipated pot for. I won’t buy any more of their products if a top is involved.

The pot itself looks fantastic and that really hasn't changed over the month-and-some-change of use. However, it's not without its issues. Insulation and heat diffusion could be improved upon, because once the pot is hot, the handles get a little uncomfortable and the lid becomes downright "you will get burned"-level hot every time. As such, if you're working on something that needs constant stirring or have to move burners, this could become a problem.

You get what you pay for

This item was on clearance and was the size needed. This is not high quality and a mediocre pot I could have purchased at WalMart for much less. Would not recommend for the serious home chef.

I am very pleased with this pot. I have a large family and use pots and pans nearly everyday. This one has held up well through much use and cleanings. I have not yet had a problem with anything sticking in it.

I love my new 5 quart stock pot. It is light and roomy. I use it to make soup, cook veggies and make arroz con leche. I doesn't make my food stick and is super easy to wash and keep clean. The lid fits perfectly. Highly recommend.

So far I've had no issues with this pot at all, no dings scratches of dents upon arrival, no food has stuck to it so far which makes cleaning it an absolute breeze, and I love that's its oven safe! This fall and winter it'll be used extensively for stews and roasts and I can't wait!

Nice pot and great packaging!

Been using the same pots/pans since I got married, 45 years ago. Been starting to replace them. Love this pot, heats up quick and evenly. The best part is how well Walmart packaged it for shipping. It had bubble wrap all around and fit snug in the box. Amazon would have thrown it in an oversized box with a piece of bubble wrap and called it a day. Good job Walmart.

I absolutely love this stock pot. It’s the perfect size and also my food cooked really well In it. It was also very easy to clean. I will definitely be checking out other product in this same line. I definitely recommend this pot and will hopefully buy the whole set eventually.

I recently tried the Granite stone 5 quart stock pot. I am very pleased with this product, the stock pot is well made, it also is very nice looking pot. I use it almost every day. I am please that food cooks evenly, also very easy to clean. Will recommend to family and friends.

I got this pot a couple weeks ago and absolutely love it !!! Very durable. Easy to clean. Love the metal handles so I can also put it in the oven if needed. Great size pot to add to any set. I would definitely recommend this.

The first thing I noticed is how lightweight this stock pot is….making it easy to pull out of the cupboard and move around. Interior coating seems durable and I really like the fact that we can use metal utensils without damaging the surface. It seems to boil water faster than my other heavier pots as well. 5 quart is a perfect size for our needs. I made steel cut oats yesterday and it was so much easier to clean than when I use my other stainless steel pot. The only thing I don’t like are the handles - they are not comfortable at all. If they fixed that feature it would earn a higher rating. Overall, a good basic stockpot.

Very nice weight for both pot and its glass lid. It is non-stick. Worked very well for making chili, without any issues of sticking. The issue I had was with the heat that both the handles on the pot and the handle on the lid hold. Because they are metal and not coated with anything they are very hot. I do realise metal gets hot when heated, but I didn't expect the lid handle to be as hot as it gets. Just make sure you have potholders handy. Otherwise this pot works very well, and cleans up well. It is oven and dishwasher safe.

I was not sure if I would like this pot. I’m tough on my pots and pans. Always burning something. I read the literature about it. I was sold. I have been using this with almost every meal sense. I already have my ideas for it now.

Love the beautiful Royal blue color of the stock pot. I am guessing this pot will last for a long time, as it has a mineral infused granite coating.

The granitestone blue 5 quart stock pot is great! I know color has nothing to do with how something works, but I really do love the color of this pot. Stupid, I know, but it is what it is. I was a little worried that the handles would get to hot to hold, but they didn't. they did get a little warm, but not so warm I needed a hot pad. The instructions say you can put it in the dishwasher, but the instructions also say it will discolor it. I will not be putting it in the dishwasher. The instructions said you could use metal utensils, but to be careful. I will not be using metal anything. I figure why take the chance of something happening. I'm very happy with my new pot!

I was in dyer need of a new nonstick pot for my daily cooking and I’m so glad I came across this one because it’s not lying when it’s says it’s nonstick. I’ve made plenty of dishes so far that have all came out so well without sticking to the bottom.
