I recieved my boxes and didn't open them up till today for an event. I was suppose to have 32 white chairs. That what I paid for. You guys sent me half black chairs and half white chairs. It's impossible to reach yall. And I'm not satisfied. I had to use them today and I see your return policy says it has to be an unopened box. So I'm stuck with chairs that don't serve purpose
Table is ok..packaging is terrible. Ordered 2, both arrived damaged. One is scuffed on the edge and could be sanded to be acceptable, the other one has a crushed top, distorted on one edge, and cracked on the the opposite edge. Many reviews with similar issues..come on Wayfair..don't you have enough smart people to read the reviews and fix this? I could do it for you..call the vendor and tell them fix your packaging or we source elsewhere. There..easy. Send me a cheque please.
