Update!

I previously left a 5 star review, but after a few months the fabric is already loose and pilling. For such an expensive purchase, it shouldn't deteriorate so quickly. Beware!

Stunning & cozy, but not perfect

Visually the sofa is stunning and we’ve gotten so many compliments. It look great in the space. Functionally there are two things that aren’t perfect. First is the velvet really attracts and shows lint and fuzzies etc so I need to use a lint roller or vacuum on it quite often. Second, the back is very low, so it’s not great for people that sit and watch TV (works for folks who lay down). It’s comfy & cozy otherwise.

Dream sofa

I love this sectional! Its gorgeous and so deep, it can fit so many people and is so comfortable. It's the perfect mix of firmness and comfort. My dogs and my whole family love it.

Found the one!

The color and fabric is exactly what I was looking for. I’m allergic to my cat so the velvet is so much easier to clean and he doesn’t scratch at it like our other couch. It’s comfortable and chic. Only negative is shipping took longer than expected and when I finally contacted someone they responded with saying they’ve been trying to schedule a drop-off… I never received any calls or correspondence prior to me requesting customer service. But once I got confirmation, and scheduled the delivery, the sectional was delivered the following week. Also, the packaging was a little damaged and one of the panels of the sofa seemed to have a dent but it wouldn’t be visible once it was together.

Super comfy!

A great lounge couch, which is exactly what we wanted. The back is a little bit on the low side but the fluffy pillows make it comfortable. It’s deep but firm enough not to totally sink in. We’ve really enjoyed so far!

SOOOO HAPPY!

Super hard to pull the trigger with ordering a sofa without sitting on it. We literally just had this sofa delivered and its SO GOOD!!!!! We wanted a relaxing COMFORTABLE spot where our family of 5 could sit and hang. THIS SOFA IS AMAZING! So deep so comfy.

Well-built and Considered Sofa

Unlike the other review, I don't find this sofa to be hard at all. There is some resistance with the foam core, but you sink down into the cushions. So you get the best of both worlds; you get the support of a firmer cushion with the give of the feathery cushion. It's actually a good thing because the "fluffy" cushions of other purely feather-down sofas will sink in and indent over time, especially if you don't fluff pillows every week. The sofa is deep too so it's perfect for curling up and watching movies on our projector screen. It's the perfect theater sectional. I do agree with the other reviewer though, this is more of a grey-blue hue, which is perfect in my space, but it's something to keep in mind. I've worked in custom sofa studios before I have to say, it's a really well-built and considered sofa. I love how low profile it is and that it's armless because even though it 112" long on both ends, it doesn't feel overwhelming and weighty. It feels luxurious, yet casual and light. The delivery service went smoothly as well. Couldn't be happier with my choice. It will last you for years to come.

Slightly disappointed...

We ordered this sofa because it looked fabulous online. I will know better next time to order locally or at least try it out before ordering. I like a soft cushy couch and this isn't that at all. It sits quite low (which is ok) but the cushion is hard. I made a bad assumption that it would be soft and cozy. Too bad. Also, the "charcoal gray" is quite blue in hue. Pretty but not what I was expecting.

The material is so soft, and the dimensions are exactly what was shown on the website. The perfect main sofa, it'll seat a solid 6 people.

Low and Deep

This couch sectional sits lower to the ground and is very deep. Great to be able to tuck into for movie nights. The fabric seems like it will hold up to just about anything. Recommend.
