Great for bahn-mi bread

This baguette pan is great for making Vienamese bahn-mi bread. Shape is a little narrower than the Chicago Metallic brand so it makes skinnier baguettes. Macy's had the best price when on sale, even cheaper than Target!

Fantastic baguette pan

We make French baguettes regularly. When we moved, my favorite pan came up missing. Sad day. We tried these pans with low expectations. However, they are fantastic! Nice crisp crusts, good air circulation, and easy to clean. I will be buying these for the my friends as well. Did I mention the reasonable price? Great value!

worked very well but quite narrow. you've got to make sure the loaves are thinner than you would normally use or they will spill over.
