Black Slate Backsplash and Black Outlets!

I installed white metal cabinets in my wife's laundry and my woodshop, with black slate sink, and counter tops, and backsplash. I initially had white outlets and switches for under cabinet LED's. They looked horrible. I shopped all three big box stores, and they did not have what I wanted. I checked Legrand on-line and ordered black of the outlet and switches AND TV and HDMI connection - just what I wanted. The black units look great with the black slate.

So far so good.

Working well - no issues. The test will be in a few years.

I like this product I purchased one a few years ago in store so I bought 2 more online the stores don’t have a selection like online. They’re nice to have considering my family use of USB cable devices so they’re not tying up the outlet with plugs.

The USB function works great but the AC receptacles are a pain in the rear. Very difficult to plug cords in. I’m going to remove and return them and get something else.

Lasted less than a week

I purchased 3. Two out of three failed within the first week. I have not used the third. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

[Rewarded Review] Excellent way to charge iPhones

I was forever looking for another cube for the cable to recharge my iPhone. Now, I just plug the cable directly into the wall outlet. I just leave the charging cable in the outlet where I am usually watching TV, gaming, on the computer (whose usb ports are normally full) and I have access to a charge whenever I need it. Installation is exactly the same as with any other wall plug. I have a couple of these in my bathroom so that I can charge phones, watches, hearing aids, etc. overnight and have the devices away from my bed.

I am in love with this outlet! It is so convenient to have since most electronics these days do not come with the wall plug only the USB. Included are very straight forward instructions for installing. I found it easy enough to do it myself and I have no electrical experience. I would definitely recommend this.

Only thing I didn't care for with this outlet is it doesn't have the push in holes. You have to wrap the wires around the terminals and it is no easy if you have two wires to wrap on each terminal.

This was very easy for my husband to install. He is not an electrician or expert. But was able to do it with ease! Now I can charge my devices without having to unplug things or have a bulky usb strip. I need to get a few more of these for more places in the house! It is the perfect solution a very annoying problem!

Was excited about this upgrade, but the outlet has only one post on each side vs the two on each side of my current outlet. The instructions don't address this wiring, so I am passing the receptacle on to the donation pile. :(

I have installed this A/C outlet on the side of my kitchen island/bfast area. So we are on our high chair and I have usually the Google home plugged into one plug and night light into others.

I got this a few weeks ago and installed it in my bedroom outlet where I need to charge by devices more. The unit was easy to install with the existing wiring and the instructions were very clear. I am now able charge my phone and tablet without using up the two plugs. I didn't need the power strip anymore and that definitely helped with some of the clutter next to my bed.

I've been using this for about two weeks now. It was easy to install and I have to say I love not having to look for a brick to plug in every time I need to charge anything. This allows me to just plug a USB right in and not worry about it. I can still use the outlets too!

Replaced a normal outlet with this puppy. Great to have the 2 USB plugs now in the wall - it saves having to plugin a USB charger which was taking up a socket before. Easy to install and instructions were seamless! The design with the USBs in the middle is great and hasn't caused any problems when all the plugs are in use.
