Cheap material, couldn’t last on windy days.

I had this tent up for 1 month…thats all it lasted until all the bars on 1 side snapped. Does not survive on windy days. The tent was also see through in some places as the material was very very thin.

Awesome product..awesome company..quick delivery

Abomination

Bought this in Summer to put up in the fall. It was not packed properly and the poles scraped large areas of the end panels. The cover was sewn with two different colour's. One horizontal seam was sewn with a 6" wave in it making it almost impossible to tie down. Aomson Canada refused to do anything about it because it was past the 90 day warranty before I put it up. The problem is that there was not a breakage from a manufacturer defect. They sold me an abomination of defect and just walked away from any responsibility.

Replacement parts were not available

The product is good, their customer service was good, they gave me good guidance during the installation process. My only concern with the seller is that they were not able to provide me with a replacement part, which was missing (probably stolen) during the installation process in my compound. I contacted the seller to buy the missing part but they told me that it is currently out of stock. I wish the seller keeps a sufficient stock of replacement parts so that I can complete the installation process, which has been pending for a month. Still, I recommend others to buy the product because sellers are trying their best to solve my problem.

Not happy with instructions.

Instructions are in Spanish. I can't read Spanish..

Not a great experience with this vendor.

Product was cheaply made but was advertised for $319. Which was great for the size regardless of the quality. However we called Walmart to order because the price online didn’t reflect the sale price. Apparently the system was down so the manager over the phone couldn’t honour the price at the time so we were given a reference number 240721003878 to call back when we received the item to get the difference back for the sale price. When we got it. We put the item up. Like I said it was cheaply made but good enough for the $319 sale price. Then on the same day we called Walmart, gave them the reference number and They refused to honour the price. So we boxed it back up and took it back to the store as per customer services advice. The store couldn’t take it back because it’s a market place item. I weigh 104 pounds and I had to bring it back home. fYI this item is heavy and awkward. Anyways. I now have to pay over $50 to have it shipped back. I’d like to add that the canvas itself came damaged as if something rubbed the outer coating off, the pegs aren’t strong enough to go into the ground. Nowhere on Walmarts website did it say it’s a marketplace item so that’s why customer service at the store thought they could take it back in store. It’s very misleading and customers should be well informed before making the decision to purchase. I will never purchase from this vendor or any Walmart vendor in the future. I should not have to pay to return a slightly damaged item that wasn’t advertised as a marketplace item. Walmart online phone staff lost the sale for this vendor because they wouldn’t honour the flyer price. We would have kept it even knowing it’s probably going to collapse by first snow fall or rip to shreds at first wind. Plus the water proofing was rubbed off. The seams were also not well put together. This item would need to be resewn and also re water proofed yearly most likely.

The canvas had problems in places, parts, I did not fit we had to fix. I felt it look like a used one.

Delivery estimate sucks!

Delivered 4 days early when we were out of town. It's a miracle it wasn't stolen.

I little small compared to picture

I bought this for my sister. I personally haven't seen it but by the looks of the picture she sent you wouldn't be able to put a car in it like the advertisement pictures. But it works for outdoor furniture storage.

Is a grate garage

Toile de qualité moyenne, faible épaisseur (reçue d'ailleurs percée) couleur d'un beige plutôt orangé qui peut décevoir. Fixation des pieds de la tente par petites sardines (à remplacer sans doute) ,qui compte tenu des dimensions du produit ne devraient pas le retenir en cas de grand vent. Notice de montage très peu explicite pour la mise en place de la toile, on se débrouille. Produit final pour moi qui ressemble plus à une serre qu'à un garage mais dont l'idée reste bonne pour éviter une construction en dur. Prix intéressant correspondant finalement au produit.

Excellent product. Instructions need improvement.

Very angry!! This product came with a manual but there are no instructions on assembly just pictures. Manufacturer does not have any instruction information and there is no way of knowing how to install the fabric cover. Customer service cant do anything for me.

Do NOT buy this Chinese piece of garbage. Not heavy duty as claimed. The cover is like cheap tarp. Had to upgrade stakes, but to no avail.

Car storage

Very strong framework! The covering is strong as well. Although the day we put it up, that night we had over 50 mph winds...it flew :>( The top of the frame did get bent but we're have to reinforce it now. Mother nature...however, we are also going to sandbag each of the frames poles on each side and reinforce the front and back opening w/2/4's at the ground. This is so it will be stable on the ground. Product is recommended and is really what we needed at this time.
