directions are very difficult to understand and not complete. . No pictures of completion for a guide. Can't rate quality until after winter months.

Unfortunately Hurricane Helene came through our area and damaged/ bent tent pole legs. I need to reorder some replacement poles for this boat carport tent. Winds up to 70 miles an hour pretty much destroyed frame.

I totally love my new purchase. One of the boxes were damaged during UPS deliverybut Allison and her team made everything perfect. I was shipped a replacement box and it took me around an hour give or take to have this carport set up. Its very sturdy and high quality.

This is a good product. However, we found the directions for assembly to be vague and hard to follow; which caused frustration and irritation. As other companies offer, we would have prefered to have been provided videos related to the assembly of the product. If videos aren't an option for the seller, then updated, more detailed instruction would be highly recommended.

it provides a ton of shade beside our pool, i bought the 12 x 20 carport canopy and it's very sturdy. we had a very strong wind one night, and it blew over, damaging five of the poles. their customer service was excellent! I bought the replacement parts, received them yesterday, and this morning, got an email asking if they arrived in good condition and if i need anything else to just send them an email. great customer service with Khloee!

[Rewarded Review] Two People Job and Wont do it Again

All items were in the box. Nothing missing. Did it by myself. Took me 9 hours. Step 1 is the only step that helps you. After that, you're on your own. The straps to the sand bags are way too big for the poles, so i had to tie two of the white cords you receive for the tie downs, around the sandbags, to keep them secured to the poles. The cover is very tight. So tight that it won't come over all four corners and the top / roof corners. Had to go to Tractor Supply and buy sand for sand bags because sand does not come with the sand bags in the box. If you're putting this on grass, the ground stakes and tie down poles may be sufficient, but ground other than only grass, you'll have a hard time hammering the stakes and tie down rods into the ground. It's very difficult. It's up and im hoping a strong wind doesn't blow it down. Im not too trusting of it. I will not buy this again. I'll buy a metal one, and pay for it to be delivered and installed.

This carport is top quality product at an amazing price. The negative reviews I've seen here and there are something: of course, when houses, old and new, are being blown away by the crazy weather, most likely this carport will not withstand the maddening gale. That’s why instructions urge you to remove the canopy in those circumstances, which by the way is a simple procedure. Obviously.

arrived with box mangled and taped up, also was missing the canopy and instructions for putting it together, not heavy duty like advertised, also this is sold by a 3rd party from walmart and you have to try and get you refund back from the 3rd party, will not order a big item from walmart again, still waiting on wether or not I can even return this and I cant even use it

Don't buy it if you live where it snows.

The carport couldn't handle four inches of wet snow and just the day before the storm we tightened all of the turnbuckles.

The tent stakes are not enough to keep the carport from blowing over. They are light wieght. Other than that I like it just fine.

I ordered a 12x20 carport as advertised and when it arrived, the frame had detailed instructions and very easy to follow. The carport cover on the other hand wasn’t wide enough. I reached out to customer service and spoke to Ivy sending pictures showing it wouldn’t fit with the frame assembled correctly. She immediately said that she would make it right and shipped me the right size cover.
