Missing part

Arried with a part mislabeled so i have been unable to complete assembly. I contacted the seller and was told a replacement will be sent, but I have heard nothing since then, no tracking number, estimated delivery date, nothing. I read reviews which said the seller was very responsive, but that has not beenmy experience yet.

The BEST customer support!

We purchased the 10x20 heavy duty carport two and a half years ago for our Casita travel trailer. This winter we had a very wet, heavy snow (weight equivalent of nearly 2 inches of rain: nearly 1900 pounds of moisture) that caused a few of the poles to bend. On Monday I contacted Blair at their customer support, Maxlead. They graciously sent me new poles and only charged me for shipping. I received the new poles on Saturday and by the afternoon the carport was good as new. This was the best customer support experience I have ever had! Martina stayed in contact with me each day. Her caring and thorough help in replacing the pieces far exceeded my expectations. If I ever need to purchase another carport, Advance Outdoor has earned my loyalty.

Top rope securement tabs ripped from top

He tie down ropes broke off the top, where the tabs are for the rope to be attached to the top. I attempted to call numerous times, but no answer of their phone. Contacted them viaWalmart . Com and was to receive a reply within 48 hours. No reply, customer service after the sale is horrible

Great, affordable carport. I made a few tweaks to the frame specific to my space, and Martina was very helpful in getting some additional parts shipped out to me quickly. Great customer service! The carport has been up for a few days, but I think it will suit most situations. If you're looking for a full-time solution, make sure when you're buying one of these style carports that it has the cross angle braces at the peaks and legs (this has them) - these feel critical to the durability, and I almost bought another carport that didn't have that design. I will likely reinforce the roof with 4-5 rows of hat channels across each roof peak later this year so the tarp holds snow better (less space for the snow to sag between the roof frame). I'll still likely broom off the snow just in case, but we'll see. I'd recommend anchoring the carport correctly, especially if you live in a windy, open area. It's sturdy and has some weight (plus included sandbags), but it's still light enough for the force of the wind to lift it if it's poorly secured. live in the northeast, and this is a semi-temporary solution before I build a full garage and woodshed. It's easy to snap together and take apart, so I'll likely use it for something else in the future as well. Thanks!

Junk! Will not last long.

Only owned for 6 months and its already had 3 busted eyelet holes, 1 broken zipper, and one bent pole since they are so thin and lightweight. The front panel is continuing to get weaker and falling apart at the seams with one broken strap to hold the roll up door. Now its already advertised $100 cheaper then what I paid for it. What a Rip Off!!

warranty on carport

i dislike due to zipper on one side does not function, i tried to maybe adjust it but does not work. For the price very dissappointed. cannot remember if it is on warranty please send me feedback on this.

Nice product but missing parts and it was used

This is a great car canopy. So far the quality seems good, but we will see how it hold up through winter. It was pretty easy to put up for my 16 year old son and I and took about 3 hours to set up. I did have a couple issues with it, the anchors were missing from the package, but it wasn’t that big of a deal since it came with 4 sand bags and I had purchased 4 more, so I will have one on each pole. The second issue was that this was already used. It had a bit or an odor when I removed it from the bag and there were some stains and some sun bleaching. I did check for holes but I didn’t see anything so I finished putting it up since I already had the frame built.

Beats paying $300 a month for marina storage

Setup was simple. Very fast shipping. Works well for the boat. The green color helps it to blend into the yard. It says you don't need any tools but a ladder is very helpful. Also, I found the handle of a hammer or mallet is useful to spin the stakes into the ground. Hoping it holds up well during storms.

Great summer cover

The material used is really thin. But it went together easy. I'm going to anchor it with 3/8" wedge anchors and then going to pour a concrete footing around each post about 12 inches up. I'm happy.

Not what I expected.

Please be aware this is not heavy duty material. It tears easily. Was disappointed with the material. Loved the size but only lasted a few days after an unexpected wind came through and knocked it over and bent two of my legs. My suggestion is to secure all legs with more weight or drill to a board or platform for sturdiness. Will not stand up to 25mph winds. Found out the hard way.

Great semi-permanent shelter

This unit is super sturdy. The poles are very strong and definitely heavy duty. The tarp is also very well made and reinforced. It is not something you’ll put up for a day. We used it at an RV campground for a month. In that month, strong winds and heavy rains tore up loads of canopies in camp. But this unit didn’t even notice the weather, I would buy it again for sure.

Overall this canopy is perfect for my needs. It went together easily. I had one problem with a weld on one of the pieces. I reached out to customer service and they immediately replaced the bad part.

Keeps the car cool and clean

This carport has exceeded my expectations. It looks pretty good and was easy to put up. Two people in their 70s (me and my husband) got it assembled and completed in a few hours. Our driveway is not level, and the ability to adjust the poles on one side to be longer leveled it out perfectly. The driveway is asphalt, and we had to figure out a way to keep it stable if it got windy. So, we had a heavy beam from our old carport that fell down 10 yrs ago, and put that under the poles on one side and nailed the poles onto it. That beam is not going to move, so the carport is secured.
