It was hard to build. One screw wasn’t able to get a nut.

I read tons of reviews and decided on this gazebo based off those reviews. The gazebo was a nightmare to assemble, directions horrible and I had a team of 4 very handy, capable individuals working on it for 10 hours. After spending an hour unboxing and wrapping many parts one of my main poles had an obvious dent it in. As I already had people lined up to assemble it, I had to move forward with putting it up. Took photos of the dent. Wayfair directed me to the manufacturer who offered me a new pole, which wouldn't have helped as I've already assembled and had it up. Then offered me a $20 compensation for the dent, what a joke. Not happy with their customer service at all. Would never buy another product from then again.

So far, I am loving my new gazebo! The frame was easy to construct with the help of my brother. The roof assembly directions were somewhat confusing when it came to how to apply the Z strips with the double stick tape. My brother wasn’t available so I ended up paying someone through Thumbtack - with gazebo assembly experience - to assemble the roof. After that I was easily able to hang the curtain and mosquito net.

Make sure you hired a professional to set it up. Its really nice in my backyard good quality.

This was a very good purchase. Every piece was there to put together. My husband and son were able to do in a day and a half. It’s very sturdy and it looks great on my deck. We love it.

WE like it a lot. Only problem was holes didn't match. Had to drill new holes.

Two person job to assemble but more beautiful in person that the photo. LOVE IT!

The gazebo is a major project to assemble. Can not be done by one person, you need a small team. Once assembled it seemed very nice in spite of the high cost to purchase. How ever after it was up and being used a big problem showed with its design. If you close the curtains for the rain or close the insect screen for bugs and there is any wind, the curtains and the screen get blown right off. Also the rails that holds the curtain clips ( that don’t work) are open at each corner and lets the curtains and clips slide right out. So there are a couple ways that the curtains do not stay on the gazebo. This reduces the value of this gazebo by at least 50%. They need to come up with a fix for this and get it to all the customers that purchased one of these gazebos. I would suggest to not purchase one of these unless they do in fact use different clips and close the opening in the rails.

The item arrived on time in three (3) large boxes. My delivery window was 7am-11am. I received a called from the driver informing me that they are 20mins away.

Time consuming assembly

We have had this gazebo for a few weeks now and it so far is holding up. But, what I would say is that to put it together takes at least 3-4 people and several hours. There are clips that are supposed to be attached to the pieces for the roof. But they don't stay on and in the long run don't really serve any purpose. The spacers that need to go between the assembly and the roof pieces should or need to be attached I feel from the company. That would help without a lot of the assembly headache. I felt that there were a lot of things for the price that should or could have been pre-assembled before purchase. We did anchor it to the concrete patio just to be safe. There was a part of the frame that came and the holes for you to be able to attach the roof were not predrilled. Thankfully I have the tools to put the holes in and be able to attach it. Which I think would be a pain if you don't have the resources and if you had started to put that part of the roof up and didn't realize it when you were assembling the frame. It did come in several boxes which is not told in the description so make sure that you get I think it was a total of 4-5 boxes.

The size is off by a foot on all sides, triangle shaped post should have been in the description and post mount to the floor need to be more sturdy.

Do not buy from wayfair. If you buy a product on Monday and they drop the price on Tuesday by 39% they will NOT give you the lower price. They keep the money and will not honour the price reduction like everyone else.

The instructions were a little hard to understand but after figuring a strategy to assembly, it went quick. I managed to put the entire thing together by myself in about 8 hours. It was actually pretty fun to assemble. One thing I learned is to take everything out of all 5 boxes and lay everything out for easier searching. Also, leave upper roof rails on the frame loose until after installing the roof panels. Extra hardware is provided, which is nice. After completion, it's very solid and looks great on our patio.

Directions and not detailed at all. Pictures are hard to understand and several of the pieces had to be forced to fit. I would highly recommend using some epoxy or heavy duty super glue for the clips that hold the roofing panels together.
