Dirty and Damaged
While laying the mat on the floor, it was noticeably dirty and malodorous. Upon further inspection, there were noticeable parts of the non-slip bottom that were destroyed, exposing the top part of the mat. One may presume this mat was returned and then resold.
Thick pad, good for fake flooring and thin rugs
This is the most affordable of the higher quality thicker rug pads available. The size didn't quite match the rug I bought, but I had no trouble trimming it with quality scissors. It stays in place, which is great, and gives a good cushion when walking on thinner rugs and/or false flooring placed on a concrete basement foundation. I wouldn't use this on thicker pads or on quality wood floors as the thinner web-style mats work fine for those scenarios.
