Easy to install! We used it to muffle sound in a mudroom area, was able to splice it to fit using a simple box knife.

Unlike the plain black rubber mats, these do not interlock seamlessly. I thought maybe following the pattern of the carpet would make a difference but it did not. It appears as if they were cut from different lots and do not interchange well. It will get the job done but not nearly as appealing to look at.

Did the job I wanted. Went in easily and will help keep my knees from scratching.

These carpet tiles were fairly easy to install. I am happy with results, especially the barrier against the cold floor.

4 stars only because I ordered 11 packs and the shading is noticably different in about half of the packs in comparison to the others. I had hoped they would all be from the same "dye lot" if you will. I can live with it because the end result is a nice padded surface in the family room that I can easily swap out worn sections or as I've already done, pull up and clean a tile that was pooped on. I have a senior dog so accidents happen and this is way better than replacing the carpet in the entire room or having the carpet cleaned regularly. It took very little time to install once I pulled the old carpet out of the room.
