This is a very sturdy staircase for my pup. I wish it was a little taller, due to the size of my furniture but it still helps them get up into chairs.

My poor dogs were sinking in the old dog steps. They are bouncing up on the couch with ease! (My cats like to nap on the steps which doesn't fly with Mitzy.)

Theses stairs have been so helpful! I have a small Maltese mix and we had been recommended by one of her vets to invest in some stairs for her little legs. These were a good way to test the waters and she’s really good about using them to go up.. sometimes as as springboard rather than walking up but it’s a work on progress! She loves using them to go up, but not so much on the way down and avoids them at times but I think she just needs practice. They seem pretty stable despite being made of foam, which I was weary of at first but they’re sturdy and soft. The only downside is that it doesn’t have good floor grip so if you plan on using it on slick flooring like wood, these will slide with every bump. They do work a lot better on carpet, but I wish the traction was a little better. Otherwise would definitely purchase again!

This was way too short to use next to my bed - however, the foam is firm enough to withstand my cats for years to come I'm sure. It is not slippery at all. Probably too narrow to use for a LARGE dog

I really wanted to like the steps but my dog would not use them. I feel like the steps weren’t quite tall enough and were an awkward height against my couch. They were also steep too.

This soft and cushy three step ladder has been perfect for our three cats and small puppy. It helps them jump up more easily on our living room couch.

So, I have several small dogs and tons of ramps and sets of stairs to protect their backs when they get on and off the furniture. These steps are very narrow and the overall height is pretty low. They are moderately supportive, but I wouldn't recommend for more than a 10lb dog. They don't quite reach my couch, so the dogs sort of use them as a hallway jumping point and not really steps. I'd recommend taller, wider steps than these.

I tried the foam dog staircase and have been using it for my couch. I have a small 6 lb. chihuahua mix who is unable to jump on and off the couch and these steps are a perfect fit. Because they are soft, they also do not hurt if you accidentally bump or kick the steps. Even some of my cats enjoy taking the steps rather than jumping. The only thing I would recommend is that if the bottom could be slightly heavier or a different surface it may help the steps from moving around as much. I have a wood floor, so they are easily pushed away from the couch. Other than that it works fantastic and I'm really liking it so far!
