The description wasn't accurate. Nowhere in the description does it mention that the legs are heavy duty plastic so I returned them. I had already opened up one and set it up before deciding to return them.

I ordered 4 chiase lounges and 3 of the 4 were defective with the mesh either being pulled too far or not enough. I contacted the manufacturer which is in China immediately after I found the defects and after a couple emails back and forth they stopped responding. I Emailed them again after a week of no response advising that I would be returning the ordered items and posting a review on the Home Depot website as well as social media; I finally got a response but after they asked me if I wanted 10% back to keep the items I told them that I wanted replacements.
