Perfect Rug!

Love it! Bought 2 of the same. One for my office and one for my daughter’s room. Perfect neutral and great quality!

Soft Rug -- color is a tiny bit off

The rug is very soft under your feet and a very good price but the color is a little off from the photo and is definitely more gray than it appears online. I hope it still works with the wallpaper I'm putting in the room ... but didn't want to go thru the hassle of returning it. Just be aware if you are buying it .. .I read the reviews and didn't think there were enough of them to really believe the comments about the gray but they were right.

Never received

I placed an order for 2 items, and never received item. Was skeptical about purchasing from this site and my fears came to fruition. Working with the company now for a refund and will have to purchase in person.

Beautiful and soft

This rug is so beautiful and soft. Did I say soft? It is so soft! The color description may not be accurate. It appears more gray than tan. It works in my space and would have been more of a hassle to return. The price was right and quality seems good. Just laid it out so we’ll see how it hold up with kids and pets.

Very pretty, I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. I do think it could be better quality, but for the price it’s great!

Shipping was fantastic! Free + super quick! Arrived in two days. The only downside is the rug is thinner than I expected. The pattern is spot in and I still love it but for the cost, I expected a heavier thicker rug.

The look on the pictures make the stripes look darker … closer to a dark grey or black. It’s almost a silvery light grey. Not what I was hoping for!

Looks very good for the price

This rug looks better than expected. I mean you need to have reasonable expectations, it’s not a super high-quality rug, but at this price point it’s very good. It is thin, so you definitely need a rug pad. But the design and the colors are really nice. They have an overall washed out vibe while being both warm and cool. By the way, this print/pattern is antelope, not leopard, which is what I wanted, so I’m happy about that. It’s exactly as pictured —but what is pictured is also antelope. This is antelope print.

This is a nice looking, soft rug for the price! It took about 48 hours for it to lay down; it looks great with a substantial rug pad.

Fine rug, terrible return process

The rug itself is nice but the colors were too 'cool' for my space, so I decided to return it. The return process is a huge hassle if you want the funds returned to the card you used to make the purchase, rather than a gift card. I will not purchase from Boutique Rugs in the future because the return process was so onerous.

Beautiful but

Although the rug is beautiful, it came with an horrific chemical smell, we aired it outside several days and it still smells. The rug is also of a very cheap quality, very thin. If we were not using for under bed, we would return.
