I am impressed and that is a difficult achievement. First, the furniture was received within 3 days of my order. Second, nothing was missing from my order and I ordered 2 sofas and 2 chairs. Third, assembling the furniture was not difficult. We used a drill to turn the screws. All the holes aligned too. This is my first time ordering furniture online and it went smoothly. The furniture itself is sturdy. The cushions are thick and firm. White cushions will be a challenge with my german shepherds, but sunbrella should be easy to clean.

Good Quality

The chairs arrived promptly and were well packaged with no damage to the contents. It took two of us to put them together and it is essential that you fasten the screws without tightening them until they are all in place as you will need this movement to align all the holes when assembling. They are very comfortable and function per description; swivel plus slight rocking movement. The Sunbrella cushions are thick and supportive however note these are lower back, therefore do not expect shoulder or head support.
