Not worthy. The designer didn't take into account how to clean it. There is a small door. And this cannot be access for cleaning. I had to modify it to suit. Keep out . Not worthy. I almost modified everything, even the door opening side.

Fine for a temporary measure

Flimsy… nesting box lid has fallen apart after being lifted just twice. The poo tray doesn’t slide out unless it’s pretty much empty, but you can’t empty it because there’s just the tiny door to get in. The run is VERY tight for 4 birds, I’ll be honest, it’s great for a couple of hens for a temporary measure or for integration into a larger flock/broody hen/mother hen with babies, but nothing more.

Very cheap wood for $200. Idk how long this will last. And it does not hold 2-4 chickens. Maybe 1-2.

NOT worth it

not worth 300... very cheep wood, my bunny was in it for 5 minutes and chewed right through it. Ive got it all put together so I don't think I'll be able to return it.

Cute, but small

It was easy to put together. Really cute. But I guess i misread the measurements, because my rooster is a bit to big for it. But I do like roomy nesting box.

Chicken coop.

Brilliant chicken coop. Good value, fairly easy to build. Decent quality for the price. Removable tray good idea. Would suggest main coop area could do with being a bit higher so chickens can stand on perch better.

Don’t do it cheaply built.

Mildew started growing immediately and the roof came off and we haven’t had it 3 months.

Poor quality and unsafe for pets

I purchased this coop for my 2 ducks. I was very disappointed by the quality of the materials. There weren’t predrilled holes, but I was able to easily hand screw everything together. I honestly think a drill would have cracked the wood since it was so soft. The doors to the coop were so wobbly and you couldn’t secure them to ensure no predators would get in. The other issue I had was how difficult it would be to clean. It has a tray to pull out but you can’t easilh open it and throughly clean. Most coops have a large door or removable roof but not this one. I was shocked. If I would need to clean it, I would have to remove the tray, flip the house upside down and then try to clean it. Just impractical and a lot of extra effort that could have been addressed with designing the roof differently. If you are using this indoors for a pet that doesn’t create much mess, then it may work for you. But if you have a messy animal and need something safe for them - do not buy this coop! I saw the negative reviews and I wish I had listened. Luckily Chewy was very understanding and willing to return it when I shared with them how dangerous this would be for my ducks. Hope this review helps someone else!

Not suitable for long term outside use.

Very weak material which would be better used on a dolls house.

horrible!!

This coop is so cheaply made and small. Definitely NOT for chickens. A rabbit maybe, but needs to be reinforced if so. Started building and quickly realized was not going to work…not even for a couple chickens. DO NOT BUY.

Nice coop for the price!

Nice small coop for the size, we use it for 2 small Silkies. Some say it's cheaply made, but for the price it's what you'd expect. We added a few locks for doors and are overall very pleased with it!!

It feels cheap

It's very light and when you screw into the wood it's little to no resistance I don't think this coop will protect my future chickens I'm gonna put a strong fence around it and hope nothing gets through to them. Also some spots didn't match up properly when I assembled it. I wish there were protruding handles for the floor pan of the coop too.

This product isn’t made exceedingly well. Everything feels very flimsy. The directions on one part had the pictures wrong, attaching the opposite side piece. The space where the chickens are supposed to fit through to go out to their run is extremely small, not sure if they’ll be able to squeeze through once they’re bigger! It looks nice but I would recommend getting a more heavy duty one for the future.
