I would have given these blinds 5 stars, except for the fact that one of the two blinds sent to me had a huge stain on it - the stain was approx. 10 inches long and 5 inches wide. It’s unclear to me what the stain was, but how disgusting. My husband and I hung the blinds up in the evening, so we didn’t notice the stain until the next morning, when the sun was hitting that window. I was so grossed out. I immediately notified Wayfair. I received a notification that my replacement was ordered, then that it was canceled, then that it was ordered again. It took a week for me to receive the replacement, which was disappointing, since I had no blind in my window as I was waiting for the replacement. The situation was unsettling. I felt Wsyfair should have overnighted/expedited shipping to us. We received the replacement blind today, and I do love them. They are a perfect addition to our office. The are a bit short width-wise, as there is not total window converge, but overall, we’re happy with them. The process fur a replacement could have been much better though.

Bad customer service

I got this curtain on sale. It arrived broken. Customer service told me to go to a physical kohls. I tried to get a replacement and the returns woman told me I had to purchase a new curtain online, bring both of them back to a Kohl’s and then return the broken one so they could do a price adjustment to get the sale price. Too challenging so will be returning and purchasing curtains from another store.

Good quality shades. Nice texture and color. Perfectly fit standard-size windows. Would buy again. However, would either like more size options or option for custom cut sizes - thus the reason for 4 stars.

They are cute and a nice material. I would probably use them a lot since the quality is so nice. I prefer this over other brands for curtains. Great for a bathroom

Better than expected

This blind was nice quality and looks better than I thought it would. It was easy to install and came with everything I needed. Kept the sunlight out and provided the privacy I wanted.

Very difficult to install

Experienced with installing all Roman shades but this was very challenging to install. In addition it looks cheap not like the picture

These are lovely for the price and while not black out, they do the trick and reduce the blinding light at sundown. Easy to hang and fit nicely in our window encasement.

Quality is ok but when you hang these up the sunlight coming thru the white blinds them make them look like a dingy yellow color.

I couldn’t be happier with this shade!! Super easy to install, well made and does a nice job for room darkening and privacy. I got it in taupe and the color and fabric is really nice with a little shimmer to it.

It does have a cord it hangs in the back. It also does not go up very far. I have a stain glass window and it covers half of it.

Love these and they were on sale. I will order more for other windows.
