[Rewarded Review] Great Fire Pit for a Patio

This little fire pit is just great for a patio. It is not thick cast iron, but is cast iron and works perfectly for small fires for hot dogs, marshmallows or just enjoying a fire.

Much better options available

This rusted very quickly and I would not recommend unless you will keep it covered the entire time it is not in use. Even then- I’m not sure it will avoid the rust. The base is the only part that did not rust within just a few months of purchase.

Really nice wood burning fire Pit. It is solid and the depth and width are good size. I highly recommend!

Love it, but we hate that as soon as it got wet being outdoors, it began to rust.

Works well. I question if it is cast iron, however. It was easy to assemble, sturdy, and handles heat well. To help resist corrosion, the 30 inch firepit was coated with used cooking oil before use. Result; no rust for the past month. Thanks Sunnydaze and Tractor Supply Co.

First bowl arrived with a large crack in it. Second bowl was fine. This product is raw metal and will rust immediately. I ended up painting the entire bowl with high-heat (grill/forge) paint.

The product is solid, but if it gets wet at all it will rust within days.

This is a great firepit and super handy to have the log rack attached. Its sturdy and durable, but can be transported easily as well. I did not assemble it, however, it didn't take my husband weeks to build it!

Good looking fire pit

This looks great and was pretty easy to assemble. The bowl is cast iron and it did transfer black residue during assembly. Not a huge deal, but maybe don't wear a white shirt while putting it together. I like that it sits higher than most other fire pits I've seen and the log rack is a nice bonus. Overall, a very nice product.

I like this Sunnydaze 30-Inch Cast Iron Fire Pit that includes a Built-in Log Rack for our backyard, it’s great fun roasting hot dogs, and marshmallows, and logs of wood in the summer evenings. This Fire Pit is a good focal point for bring family and friends together, it’s well made, easy to assemble, but it would have been nice to have a screen to help with the embers

Family time around the fire pit.

My husband just got out the gazebo to put together and I decided a fire pit would be nice too. We plan on being out in the yard for most of fall and this cast iron fire pit will be great to keep us a little warmer too. My favorite part is that it comes with its own wood rack. This makes it unique. So much easier to add a log.
