Bought these for our slippery hardwood stairs to make it easier for our senior dog to go up and down They are easy to install and look great We lightly vacuum them and they look brand new each time Also bought the matching landing rug to complete the look Very pleased as it gave our dog his confidence back!

My parents have the more expensive version and while these do feel like a cheaper material the installation and function are the same Good product to lighten up a dark stairway and add some protection as well

These look great on my stairs; The only reason I gave them four stars is because they have a couple of snags here and there But they are soft and cushy and look great otherwise Surprisingly they also stay in place even though there’s not an excessive amount of glue on the back

I have a set of painted stairs and I've tried various 'stick on' pads and all of them just slid all over I ordered these put them on the steps and they haven't moved in 3 months even when vacuuming! Worth every penny just wish I had ordered these first!

We had a solid carpet running down our stairs for years and you could really see the old carpet glue disintegrating and it was getting hard to keep clean I tore that all out cleaned the beautiful wooden stairs beneath it and put these bullnose carpet pads on I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE IT 6 MONTHS AGO! They look so much better are easy to vacuum soft for the feet with more padding stick super well and will stop me from slipping down the stairs with the variation in the carpet and the bullnose aspect These really are so much nicer and I'm getting a lot of compliments on them We have 3 levels of stairs For the main floors I put a Cream Grey and it's a great neutral color and then on the downstairs to the Man cave we used Brown For the price point these are great! Also they are super sticky and don't slide at all and stay put when vacuuming The plastic on the back is a bit of a pain to peel off but I found it was easer to try and work the edges first and pull it off in pieces

The bullnose is great but because of my winding staircase, I need landing mats. Pure Era advertises the landing mats in the product's photo. You can see the square mats at the beginning of the stairs. So where can I get them?

This product has a light adhesive backing YES! The plastic covering it is thin and tends to come off in pieces I just took my time removing it and was able to remove it in bigger pieces They adhere to the stairs lightly It is easy to lift them I have had mine down for a little over a month now My two dogs one big one small use the stairs a dozen times a day at least they stick to me like Velcro and only once did my big dog knock a tread out of position If you are concerned about this aspect you can always purchase tread tape to hold them more securely The carpet itself is low but dense I think they are a very good buy for the price

These stair treads are great! The have a lip that folds over the front of the stair making it less likely to trip on them Material is soft and thick and super easy to install I did use some small nails to hold them on better Makes it much easier for my dogs to climb wood stairs I've had other stair treads before but these are the best I've had

I should have bought these years ago! It's been over a year now and they still look great They have great restickability A small amount of dirt can get underneath around the edges as expected but no sign of cat fur! A quick wipe down and they cleaned up nice!

My Bernese Mountain dog doesn't like stairs and struggles with my wooden stair treads Even I have found myself almost slipping off them a couple times since they're newly refinished I bought these carpet stair treads and they match my wooden stair treads almost perfectly! The backing is plastic and made to grip wooden surfaces without any adhesives Once placed down these stay in place very well and are nonslip My dog has a much easier time going up and down the stairs now that his paws have something to grip on As others have complained the thin plastic cover on the backing that needs to be removed before you place these down is a little challenging to take off because they're flimsy and will tear if you don't apply an even pulling movement All you need is a little bit of patience and they'll come off clean
