Direct fit

Was a direct replacement of the original product and worked flawlessly. The original product was affected by lightening and wouldnt turn on and off both the blower fan and the compressor and so they could run continuously. The replacement with the same item solved this problem and I am impressed.

Functional zone controller for my 2 zone system. Replaced same model that was fried in a lightning strike. Ordered from supplyhouse.com on a Thursday with delivery estimate of Tuesday, but they beat expectations and it arrived on Saturday.

Well made and easy to install

I had an old Honeywell zone controller that just needed an upgrade. The HZ311 has the newer plug connectors, so the switch out was really easy. And the smaller profile and LED indicators are a nice change too. I got about 15 years out of the old one, so hopefully this will go the distance too.
