I gave them a 5 star because they sent the correct product. I needed a sidesplash to match my backsplash. Kind of sad, I know, to give a 5 star b/c they sent the correct product. But was happy b/c my installer is almost done, and did not want to delay him, which would have happened if they sent the wrong product.

Vanity top came with a warped backsplash. After several attempts to secure a new one, the company pretty much told me I was not getting another one. Very poor customer service. By no fault of my own, I don’t have a backsplash. I can not return the vanity top because we already secured it to the vanity.

I got this to use as a side splash for my vanity as I couldn’t order one from manufacturer that actually matched. It’s similar but is not installed. Decided I’d wait the 3 months for the matching side piece which is on back order.
