Good quality - Well made - Comfortable

Get this chair. You won't be disappointed.

I'm 6', 180 and my wife is 5'6'', 105 and we both love this chair. Although it's MY CHAIR, it adjusts and is comfortable for both of us. It was super easy to put together and is made of quality material. It rocks and locks when you don't want it to rock and adjusts height-wise to a comfortable position for both of us. The arm rests are also adjustable. We wanted a fabric chair since neither one of us likes 'sweaty, hot' leather/fake leather chairs. I should have bought 2! Okay....hang on...I did!

Office chair

Very nice chair for a good price

This is a very comfy chair.

The size and support are spot on. I have spine issues, and most office chairs do not have the right amount of lumbar support. This one is perfect, in my opinion! I hope it lasts a long time. The padding in the back is spot on, and the bottom cushion is comfortable for a 10-12-hour shift.

This chair was easy to assemble. It is comfortable, stable and cushiony. I recommend. I had purchased a different chair that was difficult to put together and was wobbly.

My 15 year old grandson put it together for me. I like the chair a lot.

I ordered a chair and knew the name Serra. It was more than I expected. Very easy to put together and the comfort level is just what I wanted.

Unstable

The tilt mechanism is a joke and doesn't let you lean back more than an inch or so and the foot print of the wheel base is small making it feel unstable.

Quality issue w/ bolt holes

A main bold hole in the cushion was half-covered by the plastic guide. Could not remove the guide w/o prying out staples. Bolt could not be properly threaded w/o stripping.

Maybe a good chair for children.

I am 5'7" 168lbs and the chair is very uncomfortable. Has a decent seat cushion but the seat is too short and too high at the back of the seat and the back is a bit too upright. I feel like I am sitting on the edge and constantly being thrust forward. My wife hates it for the same reason. She is 126lbs 5' tall. It is a very good quality chair for a hundred bucks but really, only for small children.
