Bar stool/chairs

Lovely chairs. Firm, but comfortable. Takes a little time putting them together. Nice swivel. My only concern is the wooden foot rest. My slippers are not smooth on the bottom. They caught on the wood and it splintered a tiny bit. Glued and looks fine. Careful with wearing shoes while sitting in chairs.

Dissappointed

My part was drilled wrong on the base and doesn’t line up(one drilled holes at the top and other at the bottom so cross pieces wont line up) and still waiting for new part to come in to assemble my chair.

Parts are not correct, trying to get a new part so that I can put my second chair together.

These are beautiful! I love the quality - assembly is a little complex but it helped to put all parts out and inventory/organize prior to putting it together.

Beautiful chair. I had to return because of the color matching my decor. I needed a creamer color. This is stark white. But it looks to be very well made

I wouldn't buy this again.

Product looks great. However, very difficult to assemble. You cannot use power tools due to screw locations with very limited access. Screws need to be tightened less than half a turn at a time using the Allen wrench, making it very time consuming. Also, not very stable even after tightening the screws as much as I could.

Nice Stools, slow to assemble.

Very Nice Stools, We bought four of them for the kitchen bar. No issues with the quality, except one hole for a dowel was under-drilled. Luckily I had the drill bit I needed to fix it. Kind of a pain to assemble using the included Allen wrench, but does work. I recommend using a tiny ratchet if you have one.

Quality isn't there for the price

I love the look of these bar stools and the fact that they have a full 360 rotation, however the quality of the base is awful! After about 6 months we had 2 of the wooden bases bases break when someone was getting up or applied a moderate amount of weight the the cross bars. Not a good quality for the price.

There is a defect on the bases of this product

We purchased 8 of these stools, replaced one set on initial purchase. All 10 Stools base supports have broken within the last year and a half. The chairs are beautiful and the seats are comfortable, however due to this defect they are not functional at all.

It's beautiful, but it's not assembled as yet.

Inaccurate Web Site Description! NOT Extra Tall! >-(

The website description claims that these are “extra tall”, when in fact they are STANDARD bar height. We needed the seat height to be 34” for our taller-than-average bar. This web site description claims that the height is “Extra Tall” “34-40 in.” But, after we received them, we read the fine print in the specifications, which states that the seats measure only 30 in high. 30 in. is standard bar height, NOT extra tall. I’m not happy that we waisted our time and now have to lug these huge boxes back to the store to return. Luckily, we hadn’t assembled them yet
