Accent chair is not comfortable

With discounts and some Kohl's cash, I paid about $120 for this chair. It is worth that or less. It looks fine, but it is not comfortable. There is very little cushioning in the seat. I bought it to provide an extra seat during the holidays, and it worked for that. It looks fine - just like the promo picture - but you wouldn't want to spend a lot of time sitting in it.

Cute accent chair

I am very happy with these chairs. We have a smaller family room but I wanted extra seating for when we have guests over. They are firm when you first sit in them, but The seat cushion seems to form around you and are very comfortable with a small ottoman. I was worried they were going to be too small but they are perfect!

Great chair

Sturdy little chair. Perfect for a small apartment accent chair. Perfect color too it’s a light tan. Fabric is durable. Bought for mother in law and she loved it.

Perfect conversation chair

Smart stylish accent chair perfect for visiting. Not a curl up and read kind of chair, the padding is more for sit up and converse or watching tv for a short time. The small footprint and unskirted legs make small spaces look bigger. Beautiful neutral color blends with any decor.

Problems with multiple orders

I ordered 2 of these chairs in flax brown, but returned one because the padding inside the chair was all twisted and bumpy. The replacement I ordered is a completely different fabric that is more golden and a much cheaper fabric. I am giving up and returning them all.

Satisfied

I bought two of these barrel chairs and they look great in our small parlor in our small Victorian home. The labels on the legs of one of the chairs were switched around so we had to take them off and try again but once they were on correctly they look just fine. As others commented, they are firm but since I like firm chairs I think they are comfortable. Decent quality for the price.

Good looking chair. Very attractive fake leather in a nice mushroom color. Compact and fits small spaces. Comfortable enough for guests to sit in for a while or to use at a desk. But not a chair for reading or watching tv. Ideal for my guest room.

These chairs are perfect for my space. Easy to put together and shipped to my house quick! Only four stars- because there is a smell that we noticed when we opened the box- the smell is not as bad as it was…. No cushion in the seat part really- which makes them a little lots than comfortable. I didn’t buy them for comfort- I bought them to finish my living room… which they are perfect for! I would buy them again!

The chair is so cute!! It’s very comfortable to sit on, and very easy to assemble (only need to put the legs on—less than 5 minutes and that’s it). The color is neutral so it easily matches with other furnitures in my room. The price isn’t cheap but not too expensive. I love the design. Highly recommend!!! Thanks Target!!

The color was exactly what I was looking for. However the piece is not made very well. The seat is a little lumpy and as the cushion is not removable (it's attached to the chair), there's nothing to be done about it. The upholstery job was sloppy with many creases and folds where they shouldn't be. The legs were a bit difficult to fit in the slots and screw in. And underneath the chair it says parts of the chair may contain chemicals that cause cancer; a notice that is required in California. But since it goes with my decor, and I won't sit in it that much, so I am keeping it.

Nice basic chair

I was looking for a low-cost chair basically to just fill some empty space in my bedroom. This chair did the trick. I use it mainly to sit in while I put on my socks and shoes. Assembly was super easy and quick. Quality seems good. Only problem is that the material is like nirvana for my cat - he has already started scratching it and will probably destroy it within a couple years. Sigh... at least it was inexpensive

Quality piece and perfectly described

Beautiful chair! Durable and very comfortable. I wanted a lower profile accent chair for my living room - this fits perfectly and the coral color is spot on like the picture. The fabric is beautifully textured - a nice subtle basket weave that shows the personality of the yarns it’s woven from. As a hand-weaver, I appreciate these subtle texture designs. It’s comfortable for me 5’ tall and easily accommodates my 6’2’ 250lb friend.

Happy with my purchase.

I bought this chair to use as an extra seat in our Den for overnight guests. It is exactly as described and I was happy to see it fit my space perfectly. It is a small chair but sits nice and high. It took on a bit of a gold color rather than Tan, after it was placed in our Den which is painted kaki (my husband's choice). It works perfectly for occasional use. If you need something for everyday use, I suggest spending more money on a different chair.

Stylish, but very small

The fabric is a woven neutral color material. The legs are warmer and more neutral color than oak. The chair arrived in 1 large box (5 pieces enclosed and hardware). Fully assembled chair and 4 legs. One of which was damaged. Overstock is sending a replacement leg. The seat width is SMALL...child like. The back rest is nonexistent. This chair could not accommodate a larger person, nor can you rest your head comfortably. It looks nice with my decor and is stylish, but it is very uncomfortable for an average sized adult. You can't sit sideways on your legs. Too small! The back of the seat measures about 15 inches.

Very compact chair

This chair is perfect for the space I had to work with. It is for the guest room which is a bit small. I knew I wanted a light gray chair with more of a contemporary feel. It arrived in perfect shape. All I had to do was screw on the legs which took only a few minutes. It is not the most comfortable chair, however, long-term sitting is not really its intended use. The color is just right. It says it is charcoal, but it definitely is not. It is more of a medium gray. (Not light silvery gray.)

But not a big deal.We sanded the legs and painted into very soft light grayish color that matches our floor much better.
