Terrible

This thing is an endless hassle. Takes several hours of work just to get it to lie somewhat flat. Can't even vacuum it (even on the lowest setting) without creating MORE mess than you started with.

Nice looking rug but sheds like crazy!

The rug is nice and thick but like many mention it sheds like crazy. We have to empty our Dyson handheld twice every time we vacuum around the rug. If it doesn't stop shedding it's not feasible keeping it.

After a couple months, we got bare patches randomly in the rug. At the moment, we probably have a handful of bare patches. The color is nice and the design are nice, quality on the otherhand are lacking.

Disappointed delivered to us unraveling- called customer service- completely unprofessional and out of touch

Beautiful rug!

Ordered two for a great room to create a cohesive look. The soft dark color is perfect on my white oak floors and not a harsh black. The packaging was great so they unrolled smoothly and lay flat. Thick pile and so far not a lot of shedding.
