This rug is really plush and thick. It definitely has blue undertones which work really well in my room, but if you are looking for charcoal with black undertones be warned.

It's a very nice rug. I love the thickness, and it's soft. I gave it four stars because it's blue-grey, like others have mentioned in their reviews. However, I am getting a new bed frame and must change my design plans because it's not a true grey. I'm a little sad about that, but I will work around it.

It’s green. Looks nothing like the color in the picture. I’m never ordering from this site again. This is the 2nd rug I’ve returned for not looking anything like the picture. I had to pay for the shipping to return one and now will spend another $90 to return it for nothing.

It’s pretty and has nice amount of cushiony softness but it sheds terribly. The first day I put it down I ran my vacuum over it and its fibers completely filled the tank. There seems to be less shedding every time I vacuum so maybe over time it will stop.

It's not charcoal. It is more of a slate (blue gray). Did not look like the color online.

This rug sheds a very unusual amount. My vacuum cleaner gets clogged every time I vacuum, despite doing so almost every day. If someone puts moves their feet in one place for too long, it pills up and sheds. Would not recommend.

It is absolutely not charcoal gray!! It is blue. You can see the wavy line pattern in it, and there are areas where the line looks thick and different than the rest of the rug. Because it is much lighter in color than depicted, these lines stand out. Purchased the large size so this may be why it is easy to see.

I bought two 5x8 and one 7.5x9.5. I really like the rugs...the color and quality...but the larger rug arrived with an odd smell. I unrolled it as soon as it arrived and was hoping the smell would go away but I unfortunately might have to return them soon if the smell doesn't go away in the one larger rug.

I ordered the 8x11" in charcoal gray and received a very blue rug. I'm not sure if it's actually the grey rug that ordered or the dark blue rug featured on line.

This color is just the color I was hoping it would be- a deep gray. It is made really well. I love it!!

Color not as shown in web page. On the web it looks gray, but It has a teal color in real life. Looks bad in our living room. Disappointed. Will shop in person next time.

They weren't kidding when they said that it shed, my vacuum filled up with wool all the way to the brim after the first pass. Hopefully it was just the loose stuff and it will stop shedding eventually.

Great, hated it when I unrolled it, then after a few days in different lights it really grew on me, definitely going to have excess fuzz but whatever, great quality for the price point, got the 9x13 Charcoal

Really like this carpet....I had second thoughts about the order after I pressed "enter" because I thought that the color would be too dark...but it's a beautiful soft taupe-y grey and it's beautiful. It has a think wavy pattern that makes it look very simple and high end. Super comfortable to walk on. Very happy.
